All of our tripods are sold with an SK pre-installed.

The SK keeps your attaching

hardware centered, secure,

and ready for use.

With this system, your offset adapter becomes your azimuth adjustment at the top of the tripod, so that your dish is always centered over the top of your tripod, giving you the best balanced and most stable tripod system available.

How the system works:

SK visible in center of tripod head. This is the SK only without any attaching hardware kit.

SK with eyebolt installed. Eyebolt,

nuts and lockwashers are included

in the attaching hardware kits.

Mylar shim (part of attaching hardware kit) on tripod head. This tripod is ready to have the offset adapter installed.

Tripod with all attaching hardware - ready for the offset adapter of your choice.

Offset adapter installed and held to tripod with stainless flat washer and knob (SS flat washer and knob are included in the attaching hardware kits). In attaching hardware kits without the knob, a stainless steel 3/4" nut is provided.
