Hands-on Training 
If
you purchase a system from us, we will provide you with at least 4 hours of hands-on
training. This training will include a demonstration of how to set your system
up from scratch. You'll be provided with checklists and other reference material
(as well as all the tools needed for setup) and you'll be required to set the
system up on your own.
When you finish, you'll be given feedback on your
performance. Then your system will be taken down again and you'll be asked to
set it up again. Once you have it up and working again and you're comfortable
with the process of testing your cross-pol and adjusting it within limits, if
you've performed well and you feel confident that you can do it on your own, you'll
be finished. If, however, you would like more tutoring, we will spend as
much time as you need until you feel comfortable with the process of deploying
your own internet station. This training is included in our "Installation
and commissioning" fees when you purchase a system from us. If you have purchased
your system elsewhere and need hands-on training, contact us and we can discuss how this can best be provided to you and how complete your training needs to be.
